Solution to reduce crowd in banks

Most of the Indian banking sectors have a device (say, token dispenser unit) nearer to the gate as shown in Figure 1. The person who is entering into the bank for any reason should press the button on token dispenser unit to get the token. The person who is receiving the token will have date, time and the token number. Apart from that, there will be a device (say, token display unit) in the top of the bank. The token display unit displays the token number which is in process and the counter number which is processing the token number as shown in Figure 1.The person receives the token from the token dispenser will have to wait until his/her token number is called or displayed in token display unit. If the token number of the person and the token number which is in process have a big difference, then that person has to wait for a long time. To overcome this, we are going to fetch the token number which is in process and upload it in the cloud. From the cloud, the subscribed person can see the token number which is in process from the mobile/PC. The person having the token can go for some other work and at the same time he/she can observe the current token number which is in process, so that he/she can come to the bank when the token number in process is nearer to his/her token number. If this system was implemented, then it will be very useful for both the customers of the bank and as well as the employees of the bank and thereby we can avoid crowd and parking problems in the same branch of the bank.
